The Camp Cedar Point Retirement Ceremony will be on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 6pm.  Fall Fest will also be held that day at Camp Cedar Point (Fall Fest ends at 4pm).  We encourage everyone to visit Camp Cedar Point that day to share their fondest memories, sing songs, roast s’mores and enjoy this piece of Girl Scout history.

Please check back on this page for additional information as plans develop.

Once Fall Fest has ended on September 24, guests who choose to stay for the Retirement Ceremony will have the opportunity to roast a hot dog or s’more, work on the CCP patch, etc.  At 6pm, we’ll have a campfire ceremony that will consist of songs, a flag ceremony and Juliette Low Eternal Flame ceremony.  Guests are also welcome to spend the night at Camp Cedar Point that Friday (9/23) and/or Saturday (9/24) as individuals, a troop or family (accommodations will be made in accordance with Girl Scout policies).

A commemorative t-shirt will be available for this event.  Cost of the t-shirt is $7 (youth-adult XL) or $9 (2XL-4XL).  To order a t-shirt, the deadline to place orders is September 1.  To see the t-shirt design, click here.
