In 2012, the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois (GSSI) has joined Girl Scouts across America in celebrating the 100th Anniversary of Girl Scouting and our efforts to “Build Leaders for America.” In honor of this exciting time, on Monday, May 21, The Korte Company, Lucco Financial Partners, Plocher Construction and TheBANK of Edwardsville will present the Girl Scouts 100th Anniversary Golf Classic at the beautiful Gateway National Golf Links in Madison, Illinois.
Proceeds from this event will be used to provide financial assistance, so all girls can participate in Girl Scouting and reach their true potential. Thanks to generous supporters like you, today’s Girl Scouts will learn valuable life and leadership skills for their future, regardless of their family’s financial circumstances. Your support will also provide additional program opportunities such as, camping, science, arts, environmental activities, and community service for our Girl Scouts in the 40 ½ counties we serve in southern Illinois.
