Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) Update

GSSI continues to roll out its Customer Engagement Initiative to better serve our volunteers and parents.

Due to updates to the membership registration system, eBiz functionality will continue to be restricted. Troop leaders will be able to see their rosters, but self-reporting and changing positions will not be possible.  Membership registration will NOT be restricted through eBiz until August 11. After that date, we will have online forms available to collect registration information, which will be processed AFTER we are live on Salesforce, which will be at least two weeks. Paper registrations used while requesting financial assistance will also be delayed for at least two weeks.

All information that is collected will be secure - we just cannot transfer it until our new registration system is live.

More information regarding the temporary online registration forms will be shared once the additional eBiz restrictions have started.

Program Registration WILL NOT be impacted - volunteers and parents/guardians can all sign up for programs using our new Doubleknot system. Registration links for every program on our Event Calendar all go to the new platform.
