As part of GSSI's ongoing Customer Engagement Initiative, GSSI is launching a new membership and customer care database, which is called Volunteer Systems and is fueled by Salesforce. While we're implementing the new system, new membership registrations will not be processed for approximately 2-3 weeks.
Girls and volunteers will still be able to register online during this time - our website has been updated with links to online forms that will be used to collect registration information while we're updating our system. Forms attached to financial assistance requests will also be accepted. All of this information will be stored securely - it just will not be processed until the new registration system in in place.
Once the new registration system is in place, everyone who registered prior to August 10 at 11 p.m. will receive an e-mail from Girl Scouts of the USA with log-in information to the new Girl Scout Member Community. From here, volunteers and parents/guardians will be able to manage membership information.
Girls and volunteers who register after August 10 at 11 p.m. will receive an e-mail with log-in information as soon as their registration form has been processed, which will be inapproximately 2-3 weeks. Our staff will work diligently to update the new registrations as soon as possible.

Program Registration WILL NOT be impacted by the new membership registration system. Troop leaders and parents/guardians will still be able to sign girls up for programs by visiting our Event Calendar and following the links on the program they would like to attend.
