Service Unit Incentive
Service Units who reach their total sales goal provided by Council will receive an ACH deposit of $75 on November 14.
ACH and Banking
What is an ACH?
ACH is a process called Automated Clearing House. It is an electronic funds transfer from your troop account to Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois.
What is the Direct Payment Authorization Form?
The form is needed in order to establish an M2 account. Every troop must fill out and sign this form. The person signing the form needs to be the signer of the troop’s bank account.
Note: If your troop submitted an ACH form for the 2021 Fall Program or 2022 Cookie Program, and your banking information has remained the same, you do not need to resubmit your form.
How do I know what my ACH withdrawal amount will be?
In M2, logged in under your troop, click on “Troop Summary/Amount Due Report” under Financials & Reporting. Balance Due Council line is the amount that will be pulled on 11/3.
When is the ACH?
ACH for the full amount due to council is on November 3.
My troop strictly sold online and we have a negative balance owed to council. What happens next?
An ACH deposit of the proceeds your troop earned will be made on November 14.
Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF Charges)
Non-Sufficient Funds:
If there are insufficient funds, troops will incur fees (NSF charges) associated with insufficient funds, similar to fees charged for bounced check.
