
By participating in the Fall Product Program, your troop can earn funds for exciting activities such as field trips, special projects, travel and community service! Girls will also get hands on experience with five essential skills: goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills, and business ethics.
August 30: Service Unit Training via Zoom
August 31: Fall Troop Training available through GSlearn
September 12: Early access for troop and service unit volunteers.
September 23: Girl and Caregiver access to M2 to set up online storefronts.
September 23: Fall Program begins-in person and online
October 16: Last day for in person order card sales.
October 16: Last day for caregivers to enter order card sales into M2.
October 17: Money due to troops for order card sales.
October 17-19: Troop volunteers can enter girl order card sales into M2.
October 17-22: Service Unit volunteers can enter girl order card sales into M2.
October 22: Last day for Service Units to make changes to delivery site addresses.
October 22: End of Fall Program online sales-magazines, direct shipped, and girl delivery.
October 24: Last day for girls and troop volunteers to select t-shirt sizes in M2.
October 26: Drawing for the 2 Giant Ocelot Plush.
November 1: ACH Sweep for amount due to council.
November 6-8: Product deliveries to the service units.
November 8: Proceeds pushed back to troops who participated solely online.
November 19: Last day to report missing/damaged product to Council.

Proceeds
How much will your troop earn?
Troops earn a base of 18% of their total sales in proceeds. Previously 15%!
Reward Opt out
Girl scout Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador troops can make a majority decision to opt out of rewards and earn an additional 2% in proceeds. Opt out troops will earn 20% of their total troop sales. Previously 17%!
Service Unit Incentive
Service Units who reach their total sales goal provided by Council will receive an ACH deposit of $75 on November 8th.
ACH and Banking
What is an ACH?
ACH is a process called Automated Clearing House. It is an electronic funds transfer from your troop account to Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois.
What is the ACH Form?
The form is needed in order to establish an eBudde account. Every troop must fill out and sign this form.
How do I know what my ACH withdrawal amount will be?
In M2, logged in under your troop, click on “Troop Summary/Amount Due Report” under Financials & Reporting. Balance Due Council line is the amount that will be pulled on 11/1.
When is the ACH?
ACH for the full amount due to council is on November 1.
My troop strictly sold online and we have a negative balance owed to council. What happens next?
An ACH deposit of the proceeds your troop earned will be made on November 8.
Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF Charges) and Outstanding Balances
Non-Sufficient Funds
If there are insufficient funds, troops will incur fees (NSF charges) associated with insufficient funds, similar to fees charged for bounced check.
