Register today for another year of BadgeBound: Innovating STEM at
SIUE event! Start the Girl Scout year with earning STEM badge
opportunities with the SIUE STEM Outreach Center.
This event
will include a fun day of learning, exploring, and earning STEM
badges. Pricing includes the session activities plus Girl Scouts will
receive their badge before leaving.
Session time 9 am-12 pm will
include Daisies and Brownies. Daisies will earn Robotics 1: What do
Robots Do Brownies will earn Robotics 1: Designing Robots
Session time 1 pm-4 pm will include Juniors, Cadettes, and Seniors
Juniors will earn Robotics 1: Designing Robots Cadettes will earn
Robotics 1: Programming Robots Seniors will earn Robotics 1: Designing
Robots, Ambassadors will be earning Robotics 1: Designing
robotics
Adult registration will be for volunteering for this
event, helping the SIUE STEM outreach department during the sessions.
During the session, we will do our best to pair you with your Girl
Scout. Each adult registered to help this event will be put into a
drawing for a $25.00 GSofSI council shop gift card. Drawing will be
completed at the end of the day, after both sessions. The Gift Card
will be mailed out if not present to claim.
Information
for Caregivers, Volunteers, and Troop Leaders: At least two
adults are required to register and attend per group, or one adult per
individual Girl Scout registered. Safety ratio must be met for this
event per age group. Note: This is NOT A DROP-OFF
EVENT. Adults are required to remain with their Girl Scouts
or assigned groups for safety ratios during this event.
