Calling all future babysitters! Join us for an exciting overnight adventure at Camp Torqua where you'll gain the confidence, knowledge, and skills to become a certified Safe Sitter.
During this fun-filled overnight, Girl Scouts will participate in the nationally recognized Safe Sitter training through interactive lessons, hands-on activities, and real-life scenarios that teach how to safely care for children, handle emergencies, and build a successful babysitting business. After
completing the course, each participant will receive their official Safe Sitter certification and head home with a fully stocked babysitting bag to help them get started with their very first babysitting job!
But the learning doesn't stop there! We'll also enjoy a movie night, sleepover fun, and plenty of opportunities to make new friends while building confidence and leadership skills.
Each Girl Scout will receive:
* Official Safe Sitter Certification
* Babysitting bag filled with helpful supplies
* Exclusive event patch
* An unforgettable overnight experience at Camp Torqua
Cadette Girl Scouts will also complete the requirements for the Babysitter Badge (badge to be purchased separately) Spend the night learning, laughing, and preparing for your first babysitting adventure. You'll leave with valuable life skills, a nationally recognized certification, and everything you need to become the safest sitter you can be!
