Are you ready to tackle your Girl Scout Silver or Gold Award? Then this overnight is for YOU! Come in with an idea, and leave with an action plan for your highest award. Girl Scouts will have the opportunity to meet with members of our Gold Award Committee, brainstorm ideas, participate in teambuilding activities, complete their highest award training, and leave with the requirements needed to lead their highest award project.
Overnight pricing includes: Overnight accommodations in air-controlled cabins, dinner on October 10th after check-in, breakfast and lunch on October 11th, highest award training and materials needed for requirements, fun patch, archery sessions, hayride, and teambuilding!
Details, schedule, and packing list will be sent out in the email
confirmation letter when registration closes.
Adult Volunteer
Chaperones: We are looking for a few adult chaperones to help with
this overnight! If you plan to register, you may be responsible for
assisting Girl Scouts in sessions and activities, chaperoning
different groups, and/or other responsibilities. Please register if
you are interested. Because this is an overnight, all Adult Volunteer
Chaperones must have a current Girl Scout membership, clear a criminal
background check and complete Illinois Mandated Reporter prior to the
overnight. Once you register, GSofSI Staff, Natalie Bachmann, will
reach out to you with more details.
