Join the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois and the Edwardsville Garden
Club for a special America 250 celebration honoring the leadership,
courage, and impact of women in our nation's history. On November 14,
2026, Girl Scouts are invited to enjoy an engaging visit and talk with
a famous lady leader from history, bringing the past to life through
stories of service, strength, and change. Following the living history
presentation, participants will share lunch with members of the
Edwardsville Garden Club, offering a warm opportunity for connection,
conversation, and inspiration across generations. This memorable event
is free to attend, but space is limited. Advance registration is
required for all girls and adults.

OFF EVENT Troop safety ratios must be met for this event.
At least one adult is required to register and attend per family.
Youth participants may only check in with their responsible adult
present. Celebrate America's 250th anniversary by learning from the
women who helped shape our nation-register early to save your
spot!
