functionality of Rallyhood, provide a smooth adaptation to the
platform and prepare for the future of volunteer engagement.
What You'll Learn:
- Rallyhood Architecture & Navigation: Understand the structure of Main Hubs and Sub-Hubs, including Council-wide, Girl Program, Product Program, and Volunteer Resources.
- Inviting & Connecting Your Team: Learn how to invite volunteers, caregivers, and troop and/or service unit members using email, sharable links, and personal invites.
- Hands-On Demos & Exercises: Practice using Rallyhood's tools in a demo environment to build confidence and familiarity.
- File Sharing & Resource Management: Discover how to access and share important documents, forms, and tutorials within Rallyhood.
- Support & Next Steps: Get access to written and video tutorials, and learn how to request support through Customer Care and Rallyhood's technical support.
