Saddle up for an unforgettable 3-day and 2-night equestrian adventure
at the Tails & Trails Horseback Riding Overnight Camp, July 16-18,
2026, designed exclusively for Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors!
Join us for three exhilarating days of horsemanship, skill-building,
and badge-earning at Greenville University. Campers will begin each
day at the Greenville University Equestrian Barn for riding sessions.
Campers will have two riding sessions daily. Camper cost includes
riding sessions, dorm lodging, meals in the dininghall, and evening
Girl Scout activities. After riding activities end each day, girls
will be transported back to the main campus for Girl Scout fun that
lasts into the late hours.
The cost is $400 per girl and
includes all meals, lodging, and transportation during camp. Check in
on 7/16 at 9:00am at the GU Equestrian Barn. Check out 7/18 at 7:00 pm
at the GU residence hall.
Registration deadline with a
camp T-shirt is 5/18/26. Girls who register after the registration
deadline will be admitted based on space and will not be eligible to
receive a camp t-shirt. A patch is provided with this event.
**Important Information: There will be a mandatory Parent and
Camper Virtual Meeting for this Overnight Camp on Thursday, May 14,
2026, at 6:00 PM on Zoom to discuss packing requirements and what to
expect for an overnight camp experience. This meeting will cover
essential information to ensure your Girl Scout is prepared and ready
for her overnight horseback riding camp adventure!**
