Welcome to leader hood! Join us for Parts 1&2 of the New Leader Onboarding Virtual Classroom Series. In this virtual session we will explore the basics of becoming a new Girl Scout Troop Leader. We will explore The Girl Scout mission, traditions, and what the organization looks like. We will talk about troop inclusion, safety, and knowing your role. We will explore family engagement and ways to keep you organized in your own toolkit! We will touch on topics such as troop safety, The Girl Scout Leadership Experience, guiding your first troop meeting, guiding girl behavior, and how to get families involved. We will show you a landing page to house your family communications, and to store troop information!
