We're hopping on a charter bus and heading to Indiana's vibrant capital city for a weekend packed with exploration and Girl Scout memory-making. Whether you love museums, racing, animals, or just adventuring with your Girl Scout besties, this trip has something for everyone. Price includes charter bus transportation, two nights hotel, nine meals, some snacks, all activities and ticketing fees, commemorative patch and T-shirt. During our trip, participants can look forward to some of these highlights:
- Indianapolis Motor Speedway
- Indianapolis Zoo
- A Canal Walk Scavenger Hunt
- A Trip to Conner Prairie
- Museums & More!
Group Information: Please include Troop/Buddy information at the time of registration. Smaller groups will have opportunities to explore on their own.
Parents, Caregivers and Troop Leaders: All adult registrants must have a current Girl Scout membership and clear a criminal background check by the time of trip departure. Girl Scout Juniors must have a caregiver or Troop Leader register with them. Girl Scout Cadettes - Ambassadors may travel independently and will travel with an assigned group.
Sample Schedule:
Day 1: Thursday, July 22 - Travel Day & Downtown Exploration. 7:30 a.m. departure. Bus pick-up locations include Fairview Heights MetroLink Station and Greenville/Effingham upon request. Sack lunch at a rest stop when entering Indiana. Exploration, settle in, dinner, and downtown activities.
Day 2: Friday, July 23 - Full day of museums and exploration.
Day 3: Saturday, July 24 - Full day of museums and exploration.
Day 4: Sunday, July 25 - Exploration in the morning and early afternoon. Travel home. Estimated arrival home, 5:00 p.m.

Payment Information & Schedule:
$775 per Girl Scout and Adult Members
Participant Deposit: $200 is due at the time of registration
Deadline to register: Monday, February 1, 2027
Final Payment Due: Monday, May 3, 2027
*after the deadline to register, you are locked in for our trip and agree to make the final payment.
