Service Units Now Can Submit Events For Council Registration
Service Unit Events utilizing the Rallyhood platform can be featured on the Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois Events Calendar. Proceeds earned by the Service Unit with online registration will be accepted directly into the Service Unit through Rallyhood.
To qualify, a Service Unit must meet the following program event guidelines:
- The event must be submitted to Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois (GSofSI) at least 4 months before the event date.
- The event must be open to the entire council and shared on The Lodge Rally in Rallyhood
- The event registration must be collected through Rallyhood, and a link for registration must be provided.
- The event must maintain all Safety Activity Checkpoints rules and regs, including COI for location, safety training and ratios.
- The event must be submitted through the GSofSI Service Unit Event Submission digital form only.
Please complete the Service Unit Event Submission digital form and your event details will be submitted for our GSofSI Event Calendar. A member of the GSofSI Program Team will reach out to confirm your event details after submissions are received.
