Congratulations to Service Unit 101-Alton/Godfrey/Wood River/Roxana for earning the Monthly Standout Service Unit Award for December!
Each year, Alton holds a tree lighting the Friday before Thanksgiving. For over 20 years Girl Scouts from SU 101 have kicked off the event by singing carols. This year they had 40+ girls ranging in age from first year Daisies to second year Ambassadors volunteer to spread holiday cheer.
