Giving Tuesday celebrates a day of generosity around the globe! Here at Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois, we’re celebrating Girl Scouts learning how to lead with courage, confidence, and character, no matter what challenges come their way.
Girl Scouts discover that leadership starts right where they are: in Woodlawn, where Girl Scouts recently volunteered at the local Veterans Day ceremony; in Coles County, where Girl Scout camp is a chance to connect with nature, and in East St. Louis, where being a Girl Scout is a decades-long tradition through our Outreach Program (see video). All around Southern Illinois, girls are building a sense of belonging, strength, and community spirit in Girl Scouts.
Your gift helps ensure that even more girls can reach their potential through our powerful leadership-building programs. A gift of $50, for example, could fund a family overnight camp experience for a girl this summer.
When you share your support with Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois, you’re investing directly in girls’ futures - helping them build a mindset of curiosity, resilience, and growth to make our communities stronger. During our ‘Thanks and Giving’ season, we are grateful for your support and the incredible impact that it makes.
