Adopt-A-Pilot Patch Program Runs Through June 27
Explore the Women's Air Race Classic (WARC) for an aviation adventure! Girl Scouts can earn a patch by following a real WARC pilot team and completing fun activities. This exciting patch program culminates with the opportunity to attend an in-person celebration in Mt. Vernon to meet aviation professionals and more.
This June and July, Girl Scouts are encouraged to "lend a paw" to local animal shelters! Each participating shelter has its own wish list - sign up as a troop or as an individual and then choose a shelter to help meet its unique needs. This is a great opportunity for Girl Scouts to show compassion, make a direct impact in their communities, and earn a special service patch!
Congratulations to volunteer Kathy Arend from Highland for being awarded Girl Scouts' Thanks Badge II! For more than two decades, she has been a constant source of leadership, encouragement, and inspiration. She was honored at this year's Recognition of Excellence ceremony because of her extraordinary service and long-lasting commitment to Girl Scouting.
Our popular STEMQuest Challenge returns starting June 1! Girl Scouts can explore science, technology, engineering, and math at their own pace this summer through this hands-on patch program.
May Mystery Bags
There's still time to grab a May Mystery Bag from our Council Shop! There are $5, $7, $10 and $12 options. Each bag contains at least one GSofSI branded item as well as other merchandise.
